performance and reliability automatic cup filling and pouch filling machines.
Cup and Pouch filling machines offered by us cover capacities ranging from
1,000 to 19,200 cups per/hr and pouch filling machine ranging between 1,200
pouchs/hr to 6000 pouchs/hr.
These machines stand out for easy handling to meet the
customer’s specific requirement and for a high capacity combined with low space
requirement. They offer long life and simple maintenance. All machines supplied
by NHN have a solid, modular design appropriate also for operation in wet
rooms. All product contact parts are made of high-quality stainless steel and
special plastics maintaining most sanitary and hygienic conditions.
The mechanically driven dosing unit works on the piston
principle and ensures filling with absolute care and accuracy. Product
aspiration is realized via the feed tank, or in case of high-viscosity
products, by direct feed via equalizing pistons. The dosing range can be
regulated by a hand wheel, on demand electrically by pushbutton or controlled
by a connected check-weigher. All filling units can be supplied with CIP
systems.
A wide range of different packaging materials can be handed on
these machines; the cups or lids may be made of paper, plastic, coex,
aluminium, tin or glass.
The most common closure types are : snap-on lids, heat seal
lids (aluminium or plastic foils), combinations of heat sealing and snap-on
lid, foil and recipe insert, sealing closure for plastic and aluminium
packaging to be pasteurized and sterilized, ultrasonic sealing, high-frequency
sealing, sealing from roll stock with integrated cutting unit. Apart from these
closures, we also offer to work out specific solutions for the particular
requirements of our customers.
Pouch Filling machines are available in Mechanical and
Pneumatic operation, where Mechanical machines are available to pack free
flowing liquids; Pneumatic machines are available for gravity flow substances.
The machine is designed to allow a quick change for handling
different shapes and sizes. This means that, within a short time, you can
change from one size to another. The machine also offers low maintenance, can
be fully automatic on demand.
