PROCESS DESCRIPTION

The machine has fully automatic bottle washing, filling, capping and specially designed conveying system. All systems are integrated and controlled from a single control panel. The bottles are routed to the auto loader section by conveying chain, photo electric sensor will sense the bottles on the chain, then the hydraulic cylinders drops the bottle onto the supporting bottle plate, the bottles are aligned with the input fixed ring cup of the washing conveyor machine for series of wash cycles, which are automatically controlled by the PLC equipment, mounted on the system.

When bottles are at the filling point, the filling valves move down automatically to fill the bottles. These fillers are equipped with filling wall sensors, to check for filling level. When water is filled to desired level, sensor sense out signal to make filling valves move up and stop filling. When all of the bottles are full the filling valves return up and bottles move forward.

The caps sorter receives the caps from the Cap Hopper and then automatically sorts the caps. These caps are then accurately fed into the cap chute one by one in the same direction. These caps are also cleaned by Ozonated water, to kill any bacteria and sterilize them before capping onto the bottles.

Positive air pressure system with HEPA filters in filling room avoids outside contamination.

NHN 120 / 240 BPH

NHN 120 / 240 is the most dependable, fully automatic bottling system. Designed primarily for startup bottling operations. It features an output capacity of 120 or 240 bottles per hour. Loading of bottles is done manually. It will automatically wash, sanitize, rinse, unload, fill and cap 5 gallon bottles. Equipped with low water protection on wash / or sanitize tank with automatic fill and level control. The filler tube, fittings and valves are of stainless steel with time control filling program.

NHN 300 / 450 BPH

The Automatic Washer Filler and Capper is the heart of Turnkey bottling concept. The machine represents the state-of-the-art in design, engineering and manufacturing. Designed for the water bottled industry this is a fully automatic system which will pre-wash, wash, sanitize, rinse, fill and cap 3, 5 and 6 gallon bottles at speeds upto 450 bottles per hour.

NHN 300/450 systems are incorporated with features like high-quality, heavy-duty stainless steel construction, safety-first design, over -sized tanks and pumps down to the seamless welds used at every juncture. A conveyor smoothly and efficiently moves bottles from the filler through the capper and stamper, then out of the machine.

The Clean Room is built right into the system, eliminating the need for additional costly construction. Bottles are filled in a sanitary enclosure that features a positive airflow along with a sub micron filter that tracks air bound contaminants.

Standard Features

CONES AND CHAIN
Stainless steel conveyor chain is fully supported throughout the machine by a self-lubricating UHMW channel. This prevents misalignment and damage to the system and substantially prolongs chain life. Cones are also specially designed with UHMW for durability.

HEPA - AIR FILTRATION

Built-in clean room features a HEPA sub-micron filter to ensure elimination of any air-borne contamination in the fill-room. This application avoids any need for additional costly construction to safe guard the aseptic filling operation

MULTI FUNCTION DIGITAL
DISPLAY MONITOR

Multifunction Digital Display Monitor is standard. Controls important system functions like fill time and wash time, and provide comprehensive fault detection and possible remedy.

WATERPROOF LIGHTING

This feature throughout the machine increases visibility inside. Sanitary stainless steel pipe work is available inside the washer along with stainless screw lock, high velocity nozzles. For minimum water usage and maximum efficiency, the nozzles are angled so that water covers the bottle’s entire surface.

FILLER VALVE / CAPPER

Stainless steel descending fill heads for the ultimate in sanitary filling without waste.

Stainless steel cap stamper automatically secures caps before bottles leave the clean room.

2.2 DECAPPER:

The Decapper will automatically detect if an empty returned polycarbonate bottle has a snap on type cap on it. If it detects a cap still on the bottle it will automatically stop the bottle and will remove the cap from the bottle. The removed cap will be automatically discarded through a capped chute in to a container.

Incase the Decapper fails to remove a cap it will automatically push that bottle out of the conveyor on to a separate collection bin.

2.3 LEAK TESTER:

This is a fully automatic machine designed to pressure test 5 gallon polycarbonate bottles. The bottles are pressurized with compressed air and a preset drop in air pressure over a given period of time would indicate a leaking bottle. The system is capable of detecting holes of less than 1 mm in diameter.

2.4 CONVEYOR:

Motorized Conveyor
The M.S. powdered coated in-feed conveyor is available as a standard accessory (SS available as an option) and is designed as per custom requirement. The in-feed conveyor is a standard conveyor of 3 meters length.
Gravity Conveyor
To convey full bottles over a short distance (3 meters) from the filler. Aluminium rollers with correct pitches are used for minimum bottle friction during transport.

2.5 INKJET PRINTER:
This machine will automatically place the lines of ink on bottle surface such as date of manufacture, batch code etc, to meet coding regulations. Inkjet Printer is available with a stand, product detector, mounting bracket, programmer and starter kit.

Inkjet printers are available with single line or two lines capability.

2.6 SLEEVE APPLICATOR & SHRINK TUNNEL:
2.6.1 Automatic Sleeve Applicator
This automatic sleeve applicator machine is PLC controlled with a full step by step display. Once the bottle is filled and capped this machine automatically places a plastic sleeve on each bottleneck and cap for a tamper resistant packaged product.

2.6.2 Sleeve Heat Shrink Tunnel
This machine shrink's the plastic sleeve so that it adheres in place.
